Snack with a Smile: A Classic Favorite Swims Onboard

Starting May 1, JetBlue is adding a beloved new snack to its complimentary onboard offerings: Goldfish® snack
packs. With their classic, cheesy crunch, Goldfish are a crowd-pleaser for kids and adults alike, making them the
perfect inflight treat. As always, JetBlue is proud to offer free, name-brand snacks on all flights. And for those
with a sweet tooth, Lotus Biscoff® cookies are sure to satisfy as another delicious new snack option. These new
additions join recently returning Quaker® Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bars and the popular Chifles®
Plantain Chips, offering even more variety for customers to enjoy.
Crave-Worthy Dishes at Cruising Altitude: Charlie Bird is Back in Mint
Back for another encore, the NYC-based restaurant Charlie Bird is serving up new selections in Mint
by bringing its signature blend of bold flavors, seasonal ingredients and downtown cool to the skies once again.
Featured dishes for breakfast include:
- Asparagus frittata with goat cheese, herb salad and parmigiano
- French toast with raspberry thyme syrup and mascarpone cream
- Baked egg with salsa verde, parmigiano and crostini
- Waffle with peach compote and maple*
Lunch and dinner menus from Charlie Bird will include a fresh blend of dishes, including:
- Seven herb salad with marinated cucumbers, goat cheese and lemon vinaigrette
- Pan roasted chicken with artichokes, mint and breadcrumbs
- Flat iron steak with summer squash caponata, pine nut crumble and mint*
- Vanilla gelato with strawberry compote and devil’s food cake crumble*
In celebration of JetBlue’s latest destination in Europe, curated local dishes can be found on new service
between Boston and Madrid including:
- Tortilla with piquillo peppers
- Tuna Empanada with blistered shishito peppers
- Basque cheesecake with raspberry compote and mint
For lunch and dinner service, customers will also enjoy a new welcome snack of Tantos!Puffed
Pasta Chips: Cacio e Pepe. Created by Food Network Celebrity Chef Joe Sasto, Tantos! has transformed an
iconic Italian dish into a cheesy, savory eat-it-anywhere snack that offers a new seasonal flavor on flights.
On shut-eye service, Mint customers will be able to enjoy a new breakfast to-go option featuring
Allie’s Banana Bread, a premium New York-based banana bread company. Customers traveling in
JetBlue's core experience on eastbound transatlantic flights will also enjoy this new and delicious option as a
pre-arrival snack. Allie’s Banana Bread’s recipe features real bananas and is served in individual-sized
containers with a built-in, fold-out spoon for easy enjoyment in the skies.
In June, Mint customers can sip a winning wine selection. A 2024 Cellars in the Sky silver medal
winner for best business class rosé, Scribe Estate Rosé of Pinot Noir
2023 hails from Sonoma Valley and joins the Mint wine portfolio. Fourth-generation California
winemakers and brothers, Andrew and Adam Mariani, harvest pinot noir grapes earlier than others. Coupled with cool
breezes from the Pacific Ocean, these grapes yield a particularly fresh and vibrant expression of rosé.

This summer, JetBlue is serving up a fresh take on inflight dining with new transatlantic core menus curated by our
NYC-based restaurant partner, DIG. Known for their seasonal, fresh dishes, DIG brings vibrant flavors and thoughtful
pairings to your seatback tray.
Start your journey right with breakfast entrees and sides like:
- Smoked turkey croissant layered with brie, fennel, arugula, and balsamic onion jam
- Ham and herbed ricotta on a warm croissant
- Fresh watermelon with Tajín
- Poached pears with sunflower seed granola
For lunch and dinner, customers can ‘DIG’ into new dishes including:
- Hearty chicken grain bowl with grilled chicken, tri-color quinoa, and cucumber yogurt
- Antipasto mix of pasta, olives, salami, and cheese with oregano vinaigrette
